Our Unversity in Wuxi ,jiangsu needs an Education Supervisor for the fall term starting from Sept,1,2010

He/she needs oversee school curriculum, programs and the overall performance of the faculty and staff.

He/she needs to develop and improve programs for the curriculum as well as direct, train and evaluate teaching personnel of the school system and plan the school year’s curriculum with the rest of the educators  On top of this, he or she must be able to observe if the program made is suitable and meets the need of the students.

Recommendation for improvement of teaching techniques, methods and materials used should also be done by the Education Supervisor.

Educational Requirements

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:

* Age 25-55, native English speaker

• At least 5 years teaching experience or /and with a recognized 100 hours ESL Certificate (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA)
• A responsible attitude and work ethic
• An enthusiastic and colourful personality
• Outstanding time management skills
• At least a Bachelor’s degree ,master degree is preferable



Salary:

• Good local salary(11000-15000RMB/month based on qualification)
