2. Education - has qualification in education (prefer)
3. Have experience teaching children (must)
4. Friendly, patient, know how to deal with children
5. Able to work long hours with little or no supervision
6. Willing to contact parents through help of assistant teachers
7. Good at Microsoft word, excel, IE or other browser
8. 25 teaching hours per week

 Dalian Center will provide


1. Salary RMB 8000 per month
2. Free accommodation (excluding utility) or cash reimbursement of  RMB2000 per month;
3. Standard medical insurance from major insurance company;
4. Yearly bonus of  10% of annual salary after completion of 1st year; given quarterly;

 formula based - 30% as per students retention rate + 30% as per parents feedback + 20%  

as per co-workers +20% as per manager and centre performance.
5. Reimbursement of RMB 2000 to cover part of air ticket if you complete a 12-month contract  

and RMB 5000 if you complete a 24-month contract
6. Full support in orientation and settling down.
