Sorry guys and especially Shan I have not been posting much.

Now you all know I have had "wind and fire toothache" and have been using "heart piercing lily" and "mountain sesame" to treat it.  Apparently as a lay and unschool woman with cow dung on my feet I was only smart enough to contain it but not resolve it.  And after seeing a dentist (who gave me no medicine but persuaded me to pull out a wisdom tooth and succeeded in doing so) and frenetic searching on the internet and some serependipity and one little twist and turn, I think I have finally broken the back of it.

This very young Chinese medicine doctor (looks like a fresh u grad, with a wide and well rounded forehead Cheesy) pointed out that the cause is 腎陰不足,虛火上升 (literal translation: Kidney's yin inadequate, arial fire rises up).  I have had one doze of her medicine and it felt right, touch wood touch wood.  So I am confident I am finally on the mend now, touch wood touch wood touch wood.

I always believe in the plastic surgery technology in the unite states , but it seems just so-so by this case

Where are the guy's ears and nose ?

I bet the Chinese doctors can do a better job  Grin

by the way , the person who should suffer the agony of disfigurement should be George W. Bush

it's too inhumane to let a young soldier suffer like this in his prime age!

I am not sure if it's plastic surgery, but China is definitely very good with burn injury...too many cases to work and experiment with.

I had a burn from an iron on my arm in my teens.  And with a USD1 ointment, there is absolutely no mark left!  I swear.

Grin When you compare clinics, one would think you compare their skills and success rate, not their decor Grin

Next time take your blouse off before you iron it  Grin

Did the USD1 cream dissolve your arm? That would explain why there is no mark  Wink

that maybe true , we had many wonderful creams in 60's and 70's , dirt cheap , abt 1-2RMB but they had great effectiveness

The bride and groom are supposed to each feed one another a portion of the wedding cake after cutting it.  This often results in the two getting frosting on each others faces, sometimes intentionally.
