ok the serious end of business. aussie cadel evans looks like he will win the tour this saturday night. be watching it and and bask in the juices of an aussie victory. monday is the start of my new training regime for the 200 k race around our bay. hard work ahead . w

watch this from cadel, a bit of a prickly character. watch what he says to journalist who almost steps on his dog. priceless.

Sorry to be bursting your bubble again but you missed the No. 1 most salient and obvious point:

The World Champion Racing Cyclist is Wong Kam Po, from Hong Kong.

Years ago my mother met a woman who looked 60, it turned out that she was already 80!  So my mother asked her how she managed to keep her youthful look.

She said when she was a young girl she was very weak and would fell ill all the time.  Her doctor said she must "duan lian" - temper/toughen herself.  So she started pouring cold water on herself from head to toe after every shower, irrespective of whether it is summer or winter, and she had never stopped doing so ever since.

I have been doing the same thing as well for nearly 20 years now after hearing this (My mom did not Roll Eyes).

I still remember shortly after starting the regime in summer, I had to go to Australia, which being in the Southern hemisphere, happened to be in freaking winter.  On the first day of arrival, after going back to my sponsor's family, I was sitting on the rim of the bed, struggling whether to suspend the practice because of this extraordinary circumstances, and contemplating the likelihood of catching pneumonia as a result.  20 minutes later I was chilled to the bone by the icy water!   Cheesy I didn't catch anything!

I have always thought more often than not, the most thorny problem have rather simple solutions.

Also, avoid cold drinks.

I have a friend whose skin improved greatly after having a spoonful of bird's nest everyday for a few months.  But somehow she also became very absorbant to nutrition and became plump and had to stop.

Cheesy I don't know about the wedding ring but according to 宋祖德, the wedding ceremony was proposed by the minister of tourism of Butan who personally knows Karina Lau.

The country would pay for the wedding (I am sure 25M is a gross exaggeration) to promote itself, and Lau being money-mad readily agreed to something that is so novel and eye-ball grabbing and at no cost to herself.

I drink cold drink occasionally, sometimes you just can't help it in HK, but I make sure I drink it very slowly and that the liquid is not cold by the time it arrives at the stomach.

Not sure how all those Eskimos survive for so long.

Maybe it's just the Chinese who can't handle cold drinks.

Seems they have an awful lot of ancient Russians too ... Their favourite bevvy is ice cold vodka.

Yeah ... must be just a Chinese thing. They turn red when they sniff a cork.

Yeah, but what is their life expectancy?

And how well do they age?
