Well, she appears to be until she deposits half the content of her throat in the form of a loogie at her feet.

It wasn't just looks ... it was manners too.

It's highly doubtful if she was born on the mainland that she would show any aversion to loudly clearing her throat or politely standing in a line.

They could offer her the role of Eliza Doolittle but they would REALLY have to teach her how to be the final product.
